About a year ago I updated my synapse from 3 to 4, and this caused my audio directions to flip. Any audio I heard on the left would instead be played in my headphones on the right. This only applies to thx spatial audio, and not stereo. Because of this, I swapped back to synapse 3 and everything sorted itself out, and I forgot about this problem completely. Then flash forward to about a week or two ago, I updated to synapse 4 again because I forgot about this, and lo and behold, the same problem occurred. Now because synapse 3 is no longer supported, I cannot revert back to synapse 3 and I’m stuck with non-functional headphones that have flipped audio. I’ve tried talking to support about this but my device is no longer in warranty so I cannot actually speak to Razer support, and I really do not have the money to be purchasing another set of headphones.
I have also tried using the wayback machine to install synapse 3 that way, but none of my devices show up on the synapse 3 software anymore, so I can’t even do the things I want synapse for haha.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, whether that is getting a functional synapse 3 again or fixing it with synapse 4, I do not mind.
