I am experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset. It used to work fine, but as of yesterday the wireless mode has completely stopped working. Here are the details:
In wired mode, the headset connects immediately and works perfectly fine.
However, In wireless mode, the headset does not power on at all. The HyperSpeed Wireless Thingy where you connect your USB for it to become wireless briefly flashes dim green whenever I plug it in, but then turns off (goes black).
Btw, The headset LED stays red when plugged in, and it does not appear to be charging, seems to be stuck at 36%.
I have already tried different different USB ports. I also attempted a hard reset, but the issue is still there.
Any fixes?? :)

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you try charging your headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection and charging issue.
