For a few days now, My Headset has some weird cracking audio issue.
It happens at random i’d say but most noticeable when listening to music or playing games.
It’s mostly sounding like cracking but it also cuts out while cracking.
This issue persists until the PC is fully restarted, fixes i’ve tried were unsuccessful
- Firmware update: No fix
- Uninstalling THX: No fix
- Changing audio Driver to Microsoft one: No fix
- Uninstalling Razer Synapse: No fix
- Changing From WIreless to wired: No fix
- Restarting the Audio and Realtek services on Windows: No fix
This issue is just very irritating and only happens with the headset, all other audio devices are unaffected.
Sadly it’s impossible to get in touch with the Support because of the (Insert Friendly Word) requirement for a Serial Number… I don’t want to break the Headset while trying to find the Serial Number.
Any help that doesn’t include what i’ve already tried would be much Appreciated!
