Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed connection problem

Hello I’m having some difficulties with my headset.

It seem to only want to connect to my PC via the provided USB cable. I have updated all my drives and the Razer Synapse 4 software. I have also installed the additional firmware updater for my headset and it stated: “No Update Required”. The Dongle version: 1.6.11.0 and the Headset version: 1.6.11. The headset does connect to the Dongle but Windows doesn’t seem to see the output when it is connected via Dongle but the microphone does work, some how. Output does works via Bluetooth but that is not optimal for my gaming experience doe to the latency. I have reset my PC multiply times to try and fix this issue but no luck.

Any help is much appreciated!

Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
