Hello!
Just about a month ago I bought brand new Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed Wireless headphones. First off I plugged them in via the cable that was in the box (because they needed firmware update) and did updates on the headset, wireless dongle, and downloaded synapse.
After all the updates on the next day when I’d been sitting on the computer for 1-2 hours it started crackling with shortening intervals until they completely disconnected and the headset made a beeping noise (I’m guessing it’s the noise it makes when it’s trying to connect to a device). It connected back to the hyperspeed 2.4GHz dongle and continued crackling and disconnecting with ~30 seconds of time between each disconnect/reconnect.
I checked in the Razer Synapse app and it showed that I need to restart my computer because the device needed an “update”, even though just on the previous day I literally updated EVERYTHING I could.
Now when they start crackling and disconnect and I check into Razer Synapse they don’t even say that they need a restart for an update. They just start doing this again with no sign of anything going on so I just restart my computer and that’s problem fixed for the day.
I’ve tried putting my pc to sleep to see If a complete shutdown doesn’t cause this issue but it does. The only solution is to leave my pc open for god knows how long or just wait every day until it starts doing the same disconnecting thing and just restart the whole computer.
It gets annoying when I play competitive games like Counter-Strike and have no audio. PLUS the game freezes every time it connects back.
Connecting them via the wired cable does not fix the issue.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
