Whenever i try to use my blackshark v2 hyperspeed it gers disconnected after 3 minutes from the dongle, even after using the pair utility from Razer. It does work vía bluetooth and director but it diseño work for more than 3 minutes with the dongle, i verified an there are no issues with the usb ports, usb power management diasbled and already dos a clean install for Razer synapse 4. Idk what else can i do?

Also when disconnected is the dongle available in Windows device manager? or not?
