Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed Dongle isn't recognized

Hi, I have a Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headset and the dongle has, twice now, for a couple of days (at least the first time) stopped working. It will show a very feint green light for a second before windows tells me that it doesn’t recognize the usb device and won’t connect my headset. I’ve uninstalled Synapse, the drivers, updating the firmware, the pairing utility and any other thing I’ve found recommended, all to no avail. So I am at a loss of what to do as I also can’t find any place where I can buy a replacement dongle for it either. The headset is about 1.5 years old as well so I’d rather not have to replace the entire thing.

Where are you currently located and where was the headset purchased? Please send me the serial number of your BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed. I can use that to check for dongle availability and verify the warranty status. Let’s go from there.
