Headset was working smoothly for 2-3 weeks and then suddenly the dongle was showing a weird green/blue light when i would connect them and suddenly not working anymore. If i want them to work i have to connect the cable directly to them, not working thru the dongle. I was trying to do anything, nothing helps.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly to you PC’s motherboard. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
