I try to download the Pairing Utility and successfully pair dongle with the headset.
But after reset/ shutdown the PC then run it again. The dongle keeps disconnecting. The “usb does not recognized” pop-up always appears. No matter how many times i change USB port or pairing
Pls fix this issue. It’s destroying a my expensive product experience.

I want help as well, I have the exact same problem. I get dongle connected for like a minute and then it disconnects and says usb device not recognized
Mine wont connect at all, I get a dim light on the dongle and can’t get it connected long enough to pair or update firmware etc. Been having the problem since I got it in last September as a gift and wanted to circle back to see if there was any support yet. Yippee! No solution!

For me the solution was warranty. Apprently I had gotten defective product. Razer replaced my device.

Can you test your headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
