Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed dongle keeps saying usb not recognized

I tried everything:

Change the ports
update the firmware
Delete synapse
Shut down the power supply for 30 mins
Nothing works is there anything else I can try or is there a way that I can get a replacement for my dongle because it suddenly stopped working. It still connects sometimes but only lasts about ten minutes until it disconnects again.
