Hello, i just recieved a Razer BlackShark v2 Hyperspeed as a gift. At first, i connected directly to my computer and i have no issue with it when im using it when it is connected with the cable. Then i wanted to test out the wireless option but when i connected the dongle that was included in the box, with the cable that is also included in the box, i got a windows error stating ‘’usb device not recognized’’ i see several other people had this issue as well. i tried their solutions but none of them was any help to me. so what should i do?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you plug the dongle directly to the USB port of your computer and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
