Recently this week the Dongle of my Blackhack V2 have stop working out of nowhere.I tried everythig i could to make it work again :unistall Synapse 4 and reinstall many time and trying different connection method (plug the headset before the Dongle reboot system after plug the Dongle) nothing is working I also install Synapse 4 on my other PC to see if the Dongle will work, not workingWhen i put the headset ON, the light is green for about 1-2 second after it turn bleu for pairing the bluetoothIs there a way to make it work again or is the Dongle the problem ??I purchase this headset in April 2025

Razer Blackshark v2 hyperspeed dongle not working

Recently this week the Dongle of my Blackhack V2 have stop working out of nowhere.

I tried everythig i could to make it work again :

Forget it, i just resolve my problem.

I didn’t kno that you can put the headset to bluetooth and hyperspeed mode by hitting the EQ button twice
