I have been using the Razer Blackshary V2 Hyperspeed for some time and it has been working great. Recently however I have come into an issue where the dongle has stopped working. When I disconnect and reconnect the dongle I get the windows notification “USB device not recognised”. This has been occurring for approximately 3 weeks. When it first occurred, the dongle would automatically disconnect sporadically whilst using the headset and after a few cycles of disconnecting and reconnecting, it would solve the issue. Currently, however, this method has stopped working and I am unable to get the dongle to work.
