I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset on January 27, 2025, and after only a few months of use, the HyperSpeed USB dongle stopped working properly.
At first, the issue was temporarily solved after updating the firmware. However, now the dongle does not work anymore at all. Sometimes, when I plug in the original USB dongle that came with the headset, the LED turns blue. Other times, it turns green, but it still does not connect to the headset.
I have already tried using the official Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed drivers and downloads page, including the available firmware/update tools from this link:

Unfortunately, the problem still persists.
I am from Brazil and I would like to know how I should proceed to replace my dongle or receive warranty support for this issue.
