"Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed EQ and THX settings are not working on Synapse 4."

"Hi everyone,

I'm having a persistent issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed on Synapse 4. I can't get any EQ or THX settings to apply to the headset.

I’ve already tried the following:

  • Performed multiple clean installs and reinstalls of Synapse.
  • Tweaked every possible Windows Sound setting (Audio Enhancements, Default Formats, etc.).

Despite all this, the settings simply won't 'stick' or affect the audio at all. Has anyone encountered this or found a workaround? Any help would be greatly appreciated!"

I’ve had this same issue but also because I had to disable thx in services because it becomes loud and quiet randomly when playing games :( please fix razer

Just bought the headset at bestbuy same issue, nothing works, eq settings are ignored, base boost, voice clarity i can even shut the volume off it will not do anything, where’s razer it’s a wide spread issue.
