Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed is being set to 0 when you press the mute button.

Title says it all. if you have Synapse open and you press the mute on the headset then rather than just muting it sets the gain to 0. pressing the button unmutes the headset but now the gain it set to 0, so the mic doesn’t work unless you set it MANUALLY back to whatever number you hat it set to before. 
Please fix this Razer, otherwise I’m just done with your hardware from now on.

    I’m here to help. Please PM with your device serial and the list of the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far. Also, to isolate the problem, please answer a few questions below.

    • When did the issue start?
    • Does it happen every time you press the mute button, or only sometimes?
    • What Synapse version are you using?
    • What Windows version/build are you on?
    • Are there any pending Synapse, headset firmware, or Windows updates?
    • Does the same issue happen after reinstalling Synapse or testing on another USB port/PC?
    • Please share a short video showing the issue, if possible
