These headphones are terrible—the microphone quality has dropped significantly in just a couple of months. At first, the microphone quality was very good and it worked fine during the test in the Synapse software, but recently it has stopped working. The computer detects the microphone, but the software doesn't. The mic sounds like it belongs on a $1 pair of headphones. The price of these headphones makes no sense given such poor performance. If you use the headphones on another Bluetooth device and then switch back to Hyperspeed mode, you’ve already ruined the headphones.
This is the last time I’m buying Razer headphones.
