Hi, I have have my headset a few months and recently noticed my microphone is much quieter when I am not wired to my pc. Both the HS and BT options are the same with me being much quieter and the audio coming through is also quiet. 

I have checked windows settings and my devices are all default to my headset and I have no other devices connected and levels are all correct and not maxed out. 

 

No videos online seem to provide an answer so could someone help as it is annoying to pay for a wireless headset but then not be able to use this function! Thanks 

I'm having the same issue (except I didn't notice the playback audio being quieter). I've tried updating the firmware, but the problem persisted. Installing Razer Synapse worked for me, so I uninstalled it due to past issues it caused. It worked fine for a bit afterward, but the issue returned. It seems the only "fix" that works for me is keeping Synapse installed. I guess I'm being forced to give Synapse another chance. @headcarHotMagenta354
