Hello everyone.  I got the Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed, all well and good but when I want to change the EQ via Synapse it remains unchanged, everything remains the same in terms of sound  Is there a solution for that? I would like to find the right EQ for myself.

The EQ can be changed wired and you only notice a change when the headset is wireless, the sound doesn't change when I change the EQ.
