Hi.I received my headphones today and they won't connect to the wireless dongle that came with them. It's a pair of Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed. I get the dongle up in the update tool but synapse can't find it.

Please try to download the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility here and re-pair your headset. If your device isn't detected in Razer Synapse, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this link.
