razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed not turning on

hi i have a razer blackshark hyperspeed v2 and they ran out of battery, i charged them and when theyre charging the light stays red as soon as i plug them out they dont turn on even if i hold the power button,the switch button and both of them together.When i connect them with the pc via cable they still dont work

Can you charge the headset on another computer or power source for at least 30 minutes and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing.
