Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed not turning on

I have recently started having issues with my Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. It won’t turn on when I hold the power button. When it’s on the charger there is a solid red light on but I can only hear audio if I hold the EQ button down. When I plug in the dongle, there is a faint white light on the dongle, then it turns off. I updated the firmware, charged it on another system, tried other power sources. The headset was randomly turning off the day before it stopped turning on, otherwise I’ve had no issues. Any advice would be wonderful, thank you!

Based on the symptoms described, your Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed is likely stuck in a "bootloader" or failed state due to a firmware error, or the internal battery has failed, causing it to only operate while receiving power via USB.
