I was using the headphones normally, but suddenly they stopped working. When I tried to use them without connecting them to my PC, nothing happened. When I connected them to my PC, Synapse said that the headphones were turned off, even though they were playing sound.

Try to update your headset’s firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
