As the title says the mic doesn’t pick up audio when connected via dongle. When I use it with the cable the mic works. Does anyone have a solution for this ?

I’m here to help. I understand that the mic works when the headset is connected by cable, but not when using the dongle. To help isolate the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:
When did the issue start? Does the issue also happen on another PC? Is the dongle being detected properly by your PC?
