I’ve tried everything, and from what I gather online everyone has the same problem with this product since Synapse 4 came out. I contacted the warranty department and they tell me its out of warranty even though its obviously a problem on their end, considering everyone with this same product is having the same problem. I have tried with different USB ports (directly in the motherboard) Tried reinstalling the firmware and unninstalling and installing Synapse 4 to no avail.
We just want a solution please the headset is one of the best products I’ve had and it worked fine for a year. Now I can only use it while connected by cable which way cheaper headsets already do.
