Hello,
I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Wireless. The power button only works as play/pause when I use the cable, but it never powers the headset on.
Here is what I have already tried:

Hard reset (holding the power button 10–18 sec while connected with USB-C).

Firmware update through Synapse following the official Razer instructions.
The issue persists. Additional details:

After performing a hard reset, when I release the button the headset says “Power off.” Windows does not recognize the device at that point.

If I press the button again, it continues to say “Power off” every time. The only way to make Windows recognize the headset again is to disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable.

Before updating the firmware on Synapse, the battery status was always stuck at 29% and never changed (from the moment the problem first appeared).
