Razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed won´t connect to dongle

Hi everyone,

 

I’m having a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed headset. The headset blinks blue in pairing mode, and the Razer Hyperspeed dongle is recognized by my PC, but they won’t connect to each other.

 

I’ve already tried the following:

 

  • Tested different USB ports on my PC (directly on the motherboard, no hub)
  • Restarted the headset multiple times
  • Activated pairing mode several times
  • Restarted my PC

Has anyone experienced the same issue or have tips on how to get the headset and dongle to connect?

    Hello there, ​@Saban321!

     

    Try using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
