I have a problem with my Razer headset, the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023). It keeps causing all audio and video to crash, and I can't hear sound from the headset."

Hey man I was getting the same problem also but I don’t have a solution unfortunately. Was just here to tell you your not the only one. Please someone help us.
