Razer Blackshark V2 mic problem in Discord

Hello everyone, Yesterday I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 and I love the sound. I do have a problem with the mic though. When I test the sound quality of the mic in the Synapse app it works well But when I use it in Discord the sound just fades away after a while and my friends say they can barely hear me. Also when I continuously make a sound it stops recording after about a second. I really love the headset and would hate to send it back. I've seen several posts with mic problems but there is never a complete solution or answer. If anyone has had this problem and was able to fix it I would love to hear it. I already tried something mentioned in the previous post and unchecked in Microphone properties the 2 checks in "Exclusive Mode" section. Kind regards, Misakiyasuo

    This may have something to do with the USB sound card drivers. Please test the mic on a smartphone, preferably using the Discord mobile app. I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number and a screenshot of the Voice and Video tab on Discord's settings. For now, go to Windows Update>Optional Updates>Drivers and download all Razer-related drivers. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
