Razer Blackshark V2 Mic sounds robotic

Hi, I recently bought a Razer Blackshark v2 but when I plugged it in to my Dell laptop, the microphone sounds robotic, I tried the troubleshooting steps in the RazerSupport video in youtube but still it sounds robotic. I'm wondering if you can help me fix the issue.

    Does the microphone behaves the same when you'll record it locally with Windows Voice recorder?
