The microphone on my Razer BlackShark V2 has stopped working seemingly after an update on the 7th of March. My headset mic is working if I plug it straight into my computer and skip the sound card but with the sound card it isn’t picking up any sound. I have tried reinstalling drivers and Razor Synapse but neither seemed to fix the issue. I am fairly confident that it is set up properly on Windows end with me double checking that the privacy and default device settings are correct.
Exactly same issue here, tried everything you can think of but the USB sound card won’t detect any audio input. Also after the update my headset audio was not working too but I did some windows troubleshooting and the audio would work sometimes. Right now my audio works but mic still is not detected. I really want to fix this because I know the mic and headset actually works.
