I need help using my blackshark microphone. After registering the blackshark v2, I was testing the microphone on the synapse 3 app and it was working fine. But when I went into fortnite on both my Nintendo Switch and the one on my laptop, the audio was great, but no one could hear me and the microphone wasn't working. Is there something that I am missing and didn't do correctly?
