I recently buy this headset for ps4 and ps5, but i couldn't find a way to turn surround sound 7.1 on. Anyone can help me?

    Hi there! Thanks for your interest in our products and services. Were you able to download and tweak its THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3.0 and connected the headset to a Windows-operated computer using its USB wireless transceiver? Ensure that the THX Spatial Audio is enabled under Synapse 3.0's Mixer settings in the audio tab. To learn more about the Razer Blackshark Pro V2, please click this link.

    Yes i enabled on pc. But it doesn’t work on playstation 4. I couldnt activate surround sound on my ps4
