Razer BlackShark v2 Pro 2020 is not working after synapse update

Since i’ve updated to synapse 4, my headset just keep showing at the app like that, I’ve tried to pair again using the pair software and didn’t worked, tried to update via firmware and also didn’t work, EVERY time they updated this app, this headset stop working
When I plug a jack cable, works “fine” but I cannot acess the spatial audio settings at the synapse
Idk what else to do fr, I need this headset because I play a tournament next week, and I cannot afford to buy another one rn

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
