Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2020), No sound, "Device is switched off" in new Razer Synapse


Hi Support,

 

Have been using my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) fine, until a few days ago and there was no sound. Can’t hear anything at all.

  • Have attempted clean reinstalls of Razer Synapse 3 and the new Razer Synapse.
  • Have attempted firmware updates (I am on the latest)
  • Have attempted pairing utility. (“Pairing failed”)
  • Have attempted uninstalling the drivers.

Would love some assistance in resolving the issue.

I have the same problem. New Pro V2 2020 Model, was not recognized in Synapse 3 after many attempts of clearing drivers updating Formware and so on. With Synaps 4 instead of 3 it finally shows the headset after I moved the dongle to a different USB Port, but it only shows as shut off eventhoug signal light is blue and should be connected to dongle.  

Really starting to los my nerve with this thing as all the post here seem not to help…

If you wanted to know, I moved on. It took WAY too long to figure this one out, and I just gave up. Instead, I’ve replaced it with an Audeze Maxwell Wireless. Very superior, great battery life, but some trade-offs that you can check out in reviews.
