I’ve had my Blackshark for a couple years now. Great headset. But the long dongle (ha) isn’t great for longevity. A couple days ago, it finally took a hit that broke it. So I bought a TP-Link UB500, which says it is compatible with the headset. Downloaded the drivers and firmware. The UB500 shows up on my bluetooth devices connected to my PC, but when I try to “add device” my Blackshark isn’t showing up even when the blue light is blinking. I also tried the Pairing Utility program and that didn’t work either…
Any ideas?
