I bought the Blackshark v2 pro (2023) a few days ago. I connected it and installed all the drivers and Synapse but the headset loses the connection for 3-4 seconds and then it connects again. Tried all the fixes suggested and nothing worked.

Hey,
Have you tried connecting it on a different computer? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick then you can ping me via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for a possible fix.
