Hello, I bought my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) bt and registered it but they never sent me the 7.1 Surround Sound Code to my email.

    Please be informed that your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones. I hope this helps. All the best!
