Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. This is already my third replacement headset, and it does not solve the problem. The problem is that after some time, there is strong audio crackling, which makes gaming or watching movies impossible. It occurs after about 30 minutes and cannot be fixed. I have already repeatedly reinstalled and uninstalled the drivers, as well as performed a firmware update.
There is a setting in the audio properties called "Signal Enhancement." If you disable it, the headset becomes completely useless, e.g., THX Spatial Audio as well as the EQ profiles. Is there anything that can be done?
Is it a hardware issue? I also had the HyperX Cloud 3S Wireless, and I had no problems there, but I ultimately returned to the BlackShark because I find them very comfortable and they have good sound—apart from this audio problem. Are there any solutions for this? Or is a planned fix update from Razer expected in the future?
Best regards,
Maurice
