Issue:
My audio works fine but upon launching Fortnite or any game for that matter my audio cuts out from the headset, I have checked and it seems to be receiving audio through windows and I even tried recording VIA OBS and it seems to have audio too, however I cannot hear anything from my headset.
I have talked with support and tried many fixes with no luck
Fixes Tried:
- Restarting Computer
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse
- Installing Synapse 3
- Installing Synapse 4
- Running Windows audio troubleshooter
- Checking game audio to make sure it was set to the correct audio device
- Checking Volume mixer to make sure nothing was muted
- Turning off and on headphones
Things to note:
I am connected wirelessly VIA the USB DONGLE
Headset is charged
