Hey guys,
Since today the right speaker on my razer blackshark v2 (2023) isn’t working. I got no sound from any source (bluetooth, USB) and can’t even hear anything on the right speaker when pressing the power button (“Power on” Voiceline).
I checked for a new firmware and installed it which didn’t solve the problem. I didn’t drop the headset and can’t remember anything unusual.
Is there anything else I can do?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM and include your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
