Hello there, I bought my Blackshark V2 Pro back in April and I’ve been using it without any problems until a week ago. For a week now, I’ve been experiencing random “popping” and “crackling” sounds. These issues occur more often while gaming and listening to music. (When playing Cyberpunk 2077, these popping sounds were really frequent.)
I have tried restarting my drivers by following the guidelines on Razer’s website and also updated my headset’s firmware yesterday by using the update app but it hasn’t helped sadly.
I’d be happy to get some help with this.
