Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 cannot connect or recognizes by synapse 4 without usb dongle

Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 cannot connect or recognizes by synapse 4 without usb dongle. If I connect via dongle it is seen by synapse but if I disconnect the dongle synapse does not recognize or see it. I supposed standard bluetooth connection would be sufficient to sycronize with synapse but it doesnt. Is there a solution for this. firmware updated, windows up to date, no conflicts on device manager.

Upon checking, please be advised that your Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) is not supported by Synapse via Bluetooth connection as you can check from this article. If you have any other concerns, do not hesitate to send a PM.
