Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) Connection Failure

My headphones has been working perfectly, was able to connect to my pc until all of a sudden today, 3/22/2025, they wouldn’t connect with the dongle anymore. I turned on my headphones but it didn’t connect to my pc, it was able to pair and connect to my phone via bluetooth but wouldnt connect via hypserspeed wireless. There is a signal from headphone to dongle because every time i disconnect and reconnect the dongle from my pc, i would hear 2 beeps. my pc is able to read the dongle as USB AP but it wouldnt register as it’s own device as Razer Blackshark V2 Pro and the synapse doesn’t read. I’ve tried updating the blackshark device firmware to the latest, didn’t work. I updated synapse to the latest, didn’t work. I uninstalled an reinstalled synapse, it didn’t work. i connected my headphones to a different pc with the latest razer synapse and latest device firmware, it didn’t work. I updated both the main pc and side pc to the latest windows 10 version, it didnt work. I need my headphones to connect to the dongle and properly connect and read the device. I would like a replacement dongle.

i didn’t know how the supports work, i am aware this was posted on the insider program which connects to the community, i have already submitted a support ticket and will be waiting for further notices
