Razer BlackShark v2 Pro 2023 Crakling and Popping sounds


So, I’ve been using this headseat for about 6 months. It worked perfectly until about a week or so, when, without changing anything hardware or software related, the headset started to do some sporadic crackling sounds. I didnt give it much though, but it keeps getting worse. 

I’ve tried changing the Dongle from port and location, getting the headset closer to it, updating firmware and razer synapse, uninstalling the program and all the instances that i could find and reinstalling it again, doing all the trouble shooting I could find in the internet, and none of it works.

It sounds like it is loosing the signal for a few milliseconds, but it enough to be noticeable and feel like they are not working properly. 

The solution that i found is that restarting the headset, for some reason seems to work fine for about 15-30min, and then the problem happens again. 

Is there any solution that i didnt think, or I overlooked? It is very frustrating and I would love to have it fixed as soon as possible.

Same problem. My friend bought a new mic and I started to hear crackling sounds while listing him, he has mic with boosted low freq. Also while listing song “Baby Keem - Honest” it has also crackling sound on low freqs which is very annoying. Tried to change THX, eq, turning off bass boost, but nothing helped, even reinstalling synapse. WTF
