Razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) doesn't hold charge

I bought my headset on Jan 4 this year and it was awesome and I was really happy that I purchased this. I was quite impressed that it really does have a 72 hour battery life. However, last month (May) I noticed that the battery drains faster from fully charged and based on my observation, from 100% it goes down to 64% within an hour. Last week I fully charged it and went to sleep. When I turned it back on, it indicated that it’s already down to 9%. Is this a software issue or a hardware one?

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) battery is draining rapidly. This could be caused by either a software issue or a hardware problem. Make sure to update the headset firmware to its latest version. Follow the steps here. If the same issue persists, perform battery calibration. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. After that, you can observe if the same problem persists.
