RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO (2023) Dongle not working, NEED DONGLE REPLACEMENT

Hello, My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) dongle doesn’t work anymore and I can’t use my headset on my computer anymore.

Is it possible to get a dongle replacement?

same issue for me in EU my dongle is not working anymore, the headset is working fine with BT only

but I cannot mange it with Synapse

if after month of use - it’s still on warranty, so don’t hesitate and RMA it.
