Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) – Double Beep & Connection Drops

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023). From time to time, I hear a double beep and the connection suddenly drops.

I’ve tried everything I could, including Razer’s official recommendations as well as suggestions from other posts, but nothing has worked so far.

Unfortunately, Razer.Aero has not responded to my private message.

I really hope someone can help me with this.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V2 Pro ’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
