2 month old Razer Blackshark v2 pro (2023) keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. Please help. I see other threads where a private message was suggested by support to troubleshoot. Please help. The distance between dongle and headset is right next to me,. Also the firmware is up to date.

PD: i want to roll back to the old firmware of the headphones, i have the latest firmware update

Be sure the dongle is not close to power cables or other USB 3.0 cables, which also can cause some interference. Also I’d try to change WiFi 2.4GHz channel to a different one.

I did all the steps, I established channel 11 in the 2.4 network so that it does not overlap other channels, I read that the Razer app also causes conflicts, I did all this and I will be updating the post if I get results or not, thank you

And no one cares about this problem. Support said that best way is to replace my headphones with new one but common it is almost 300$ headphones, and Razer cant fix it ?

There is no rollback

Hey, vinequickParrotPink608!

Thanks for circling back to me. I think the firmware update is fine and I will let the team know about this reported issue. By the way, you are unable to rollback or download the old version of the said firmware.

I have the same problem with the audio crackling whenever THX spatial audio is on and I'm playing a game. There is a lot of shooting, explosions or talking in games my audio crackles badly. This has been going on for a year with me and same audio crackling problem with other blackshark v2 pro 2023, that one broke. (the earcup broke of the hinge). I got a RMA one after the other one broke and same thing with the audio.

I've tried EVERYTHING to fix the audio crackling and still the problem persists. It's so stupid that they advertise THX spatial audio as a big thing for the blackshark, but it doesn't even work properly. I'm done with razer and there problems I'm getting a logitech headset or SteelSeries headset.

Mind you this was on the old blackshark v2 pro 2023 that broke after a year and the new RMA blackshark v2 pro 2023.

Every thing I tried to fix the audio crackling

*Reinstall synapse 3 and 4

*Reinstall thx audio in device manager

*Reinstall razer blackshark v2 pro audio divers in device manager

*Moved all wireless stuff so there is no  interferences

*Reinstall windows 11

*wiped my hole pc

*disabled all other audio drivers on device manager

*moved the dongle to different usb a 2.0 port's on the back motherboard and front of pc

*used a different dongle

*disabled all Bluetooth drivers in device manager
