Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) eq, enhancement not working

Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023: I am currently using synapse 4 but no settings can be made on the headset, even if I open synapse the sound is the same. thx stereo, thx spatial audio, eq, audio enhancement, mic eq none of them work but they can be changed.

(My old headset razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed dongle broke so I bought this headset but the sound settings of v2 pro do not work. hyperspeed works)

I downloaded synapse 3, 4 versions everything is up to date on the computer, the headset is the default device, I repaired synapse, deleted it, installed it, made settings in device manager, installed razer applications and tried but there is no solution.

The problem is solved for now: While the dongle was connected, I connected it to the PC with a cable and turned on enhancement, and then I unplugged the headphone cable and it works now.

Unfortunately, this was not a solution for me.

For me EQ also doesn’t work (I’ve submitted a bug some time ago - still not fixed) - but I have older Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 version.

THX Spatial seems to work now for me.

I Connected it to the computer with a Type-C to USB cable -- it's a charging cable - and after it started charging, the EQ settings started working. But if your issue isn't solved, check out the topic I'II send. Later, I formatted my PC, and again my EQ settings didn't work. If you're using Windows 11, this is how I had solved it.
